“Come unto me”
God, I come to You about summer. I have so much on my mind and then weighting me down, and I choose to come to YOU. I want to lay these ideas, thoughts, plans, anxieties at your feet. I surrender to what You know is best.
Here is what has been on my mind – at least some of it I feel like You put there, but I need clarity.
- Healthy Lifestyle Habit Forming
- Start with water and water intake to listen to our bodies. Drink consistently.
- Healthy Eating. Having good breakfast. Snack on Healthy food when hungry. Meal planning. Meal prep.
- Physical health. Stretch and exercise to start day. “Physical exercise is of some value…”
- Spiritual Health. Start day in prayer and scripture. Devotional notebook. Start and end day this way.
- Positive Attitudes. Respect…
- Summer school
- Baking week. Food prep. Meal planning. Recipe card making. Modifying of recipes.
- Pioneer Week. Dress like LHOTP. Sewing. Hand Crafts. Cook from scratch.
- Home economics. Cleaning. House keeping. Chicks. Garden.
- Clean house.
- Minimize stuff. Focus on less is more for more peaceful life.
- Garage sale.
- 4 day summer school week.
- Work 1 day/ week.
- Some time at Grammie’s.
