I have a cloth diapering and breast feeding lot for sale. I have a huge variety of cloth diapering materials as I tried a variety depending on my preference or what worked best for each of my children. Some have been used a lot and others much less. They have been stored for a while and likely will need a good stripping.  Some of the inserts seemed smelly when used, to my memory, so stripping them should help.  Also, some insist that certain detergents really help.  If needed, purchasing replacement inserts is an option or using prefold diapers as inserts in pocket diapers also works.  Some could be made more usable with new velcro, stitching, or elastic, and others are ready for use right away.  I used a variety of detergents, but almost always cloth diaper friendly detergent. I am selling it all as a lot, but may be willing to sell some separately.

Nursing pads – 10 pair in varying thickness and quality -$3

Happy Heinys training pants cover with snaps in white (only used a few times, wasn’t a good fit for the child I tried it for) -$5

Biodegradable diaper liners: Eco Sprout Econo-bottom liners (partial pack) and Bummis bio-soft liners (practically full pack) -$5

24 Prefold diapers in a variety of types. -$24 / $18/$12

12 (approximately) – fleece strips to use with the flat/prefold diapers to keep moisture from baby. $3/ $2

3 pk Gerber 0-3mos vinyl pants diaper cover to use with flat/prefold diapers with pins or other attachers. -$2/ $1

Blueberry one size brown with pink polka dot hook and loop (velcro) closure. (Used very little.) -$5

3 Econobum prefold diapers and 1 white one size snap diaper cover (Like New) -$14

2 Hemp Babies Little Weeds cloth diapers -$5

3 wet/dry bags – one cream large drawstring bag, one cream small drawstring bag, one light pink Planet Wise garbage liner. (Large bags have been used a lot and may be best used for dry, clean diapers) -$5/ $4/$3

22 Bum Genius one size diapers.  1 is a one size, all in one snap diaper. 10 are Bum Genius 3.0 one size pocket diaper with hook and loop closures.  They are well worn and may need some stitching, velcro replacement, and/or elastic replacement, but that is an inexpensive fix.  10 diapers are Bum Genius 4.0 one size pocket diapers with hook and loop closures. They are in very good condition.  They need the velcro tabs replaced to work as well as they should. 1 diaper is a pink Bum Genius one size pocket diaper with snap closures.  All of the pocket diapers include a snap adjustable insert as well as small newborn or doubler insert. -$132/ $110/$88

3 original one size GroBaby snap-in diaper covers with hook and loop closures.  There are 7 snap-in pads and 3 doubler pads. The diapers are on the smaller size, are fairly well worn, and could use velcro replacement to work better. -$12/ $10/$9

11 (approximately) baby wash cloths/cloth diaper wipes -$3/ $2

9 Smarti Pants one size pocket snap diapers (4 lavender, 4 light pink, 1 chocolate brown) with inserts.  These worked very well for my little one with skinnier legs.  (One cover has a broken snap, but still works.) -$36/ $31.50/$27

10 Kauai Baby one size pocket diapers.  9 have hook and loop closures and 1 has snap closures. These diapers fit my children longer and weren’t too tight on my baby with chubby legs. I used these most, but they are still very usable. They may work better with velcro replacement.  Each diaper comes with 2 inserts.  They can be used with one insert or two depending in need. -$50/ $45/$40

I am so proud of my family!  My kids have a dad who is so good at taking life as it comes and not letting unexpected changes rattle him.  He never once complained about us needing to delay our trip to the snow because of a sick girl. Then, although we made it to South Reno on Wednesday late afternoon and planned to swim at the hotel, there was no complaint that the pool was closed for the day.  Next, as we planned to take the kids to ski on Thursday for the first time for two of them (and the first time for me in over 9 years) and after he’d planned and prepared for weeks, we needed to delay a day due to weather.  However, the kids got to watch snow falling outside our hotel window, played in it for a while, and then got to go swimming all before daughter number 2 started to not feel good.  Then, by bed time, daughter number 3 wasn’t feeling well. So, we had to skip skiing this trip.  And all he said was, “Well, I guess we will have to plan another time to come skiing.”

Amidst all the changes, I have been so encouraged by the attitude of my kids and my husband who are able to enjoy and be enthusiastic about the little things like: borrowing movies and board games at the hotel, getting donuts or a cupcake, and going to Cabela’s on our way home.

It was a great few days!  God gave me the strength He knew I needed, we had fun in so many little ways, and we have simply had time as a family. It REALLY is so much more about our attitude than what happens in our lives. I’m feeling encouraged and thankful.

How blessed we are as we trust in and rely on the Lord!  No matter what may come our way that seems as though it should overtake us, it will not, if we are rooted in the Lord. In fact, we will not just “make it through,” but we will flourish.

Exodus 3-13

Liberty and freedom is God’s idea
God, when he calls you to something, he will address every source of anxiety you have.
Despite insecurities and weaknesses, I will use you…

Any time God chooses to deliver someone things get worse before they get better – Satan makes it harder.
Sometimes things get worse before they get better when we are walking by faith.

Plagues and attacks on false gods… Message to Pharaoh the He will deliver His people.

Exodus 14

Pharaoh has let them go, crossed sea, and Egyptians are coming…

One of the greatest enemies to your freedom is that others will think you are crazy. (Like Pharaoh thinking Israelites were lost and wandering.)

To be bound worrying about what others think – no other bondage like this.

We MUST keep our eyes on God is essential.

God is going to use the thought that they were confused to get Pharaoh.

Like Pharaoh, Satan doesn’t let go easily.

Maturity in the Lord means walking boldly and in confidence more often than not.

Like Pharaoh, Satan doesn’t just go away and stay away.

Often God is working in our lives when things seem to be going the worst.

V. 13 –
Step by step approach to living free:

“And Moses said to the people, “Fear not[of God], stand firm, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will work for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall never see again.

Only way to not be afraid, keep eyes on God.

Stand firm in God (not other stuff) and in His word.

V. 14
“The LORD will fight for you, and you have only to be silent.”

It won’t be YOU. The LORD will fight for you. You need only be still.

Reason we’re in bondage, we’re relying on ourselves.

This walk of faith does not get settled in one time.

Exodus 3-4

4:1
“Then Moses answered, “But behold, they will not believe me or listen to my voice, for they will say, ‘The LORD did not appear to you.'”

He worried about what others would say or think.

Makes me think of dad.  If I know what God is calling me to and I share it with dad and he says something against it, use Gaila’s input recently and thank him for sharing, but don’t be swayed from where I’m supposed to be.

1. God will get your attention.  (Pay attention!)
2. God’s gonna confirm it.
3. God manifests his power for a purpose.

If you don’t see the signs of God working in your life all over, you aren’t looking.

Problem is that we make it about us, 4:10, but it’s about God. 4:11 – Go and I’ll lead you. “Go, and I’ll fix it as we go.”

Then Moses said, “send someone else.”
