Hi Rachael,

In case you get this and have a chance to look at it before I catch you tomorrow, here are some questions I have that I would love to discuss, even if it is just for a few minutes.  I so appreciate your time, willingness to let me ask you questions, and your seeking to support me.  The questions below aren’t listed in any particular order, I have just been jotting down questions as they come to mind.

1.  Where do you see that the school is at on a spiritual, scriptural level.  Where do you see it going/moving in that areviseOverview:

Because school not church, focus on absolutes, pillars of faith, Christ, scripture, apostles creed – spiritually core.
Don’t foresee school going into beyond the core and into particular
Primary goal is yo educate students with christian worldview.

2.  Can you clarify for me the vision/mission of the school?  (I feel confused by what has been said to me, the website, Facebook, and brochures/flyers.)  Is everything the school does filtered through it?

3.  How does everyone feel about the elective classes and fun Friday?  And what are future thoughts for those?

How these work is who we have available.
Spanish BC Celia only 1 day/ week
Technology shift mid last year – massive overhaul
PE – 2 days (would like more)
Music – j put lots of thought into hers
Dennis –
Fun Friday is this year more academic
Feedback last year too babyish – that’s why chapel student led and fun Friday…
Maybe incorporate enrichment into ff.

4.  Adria let me know that Pastor Pete stepped down as Chairman temporarily.  Who has taken his place (I feel like I have heard Dennis Bolt has, is that correct?), and if Pastor Pete decides not to return, what would the process be to find a permanent replacement?

5.  In reading to understand the Board of Trustees more on the website, it looks like only the board can stay after the first hour of the meeting.  Does that mean you only stay for the first hour too?  What happens with decisions they make?  Is there a log of their meeting minutes and then communication with you to communicate to the staff as needed?  Just wondering how it all works.
