Picture schedule should be planned before games begin and announced at least 2 weeks in advance. Coaches need to know where to have kids meet and communicate that. Coach should contact families no less than 2 weeks before practices start then again the day before. Need to confirm type of phone – cell or home. Coaches need to know what is expected. Coach should contact families before each practice at first and always the day before each game.
