I wanted to check in since it has been almost 2 years since the car accident I was in. The car accident led to me needing physical therapy for my neck. Because of my neck having issues with the muscles it led to me beginning to have other symptoms of panic that I didn’t understand because I was scared of what was going on with my swallowing. I ended up hardly eating for a week. That ended up leading to me having a panic attack in the car on the way home from work about a week or two later (right after my first PT appointment). (I had to stop working for a couple months.) As a result of that, which I believe completely was caused by the accident I’ve had to have tons of medical work done. Dr visit physical therapy blood test and different things to figure out what I’m dealing with exactly what it appears to have ben is anxiety. By the impact to my neck. as a result of all of that I have continued issues with my neck all the time my back is feeling to have problems I think because the way I must handle my body because of my neck and the cost and anxiety management trying I feel like there is supposed to be closure after 2 years but I don’t feel in anyway ready to close this. Or maybe just to decide on what is realistic form I need to proceed. In my opinion I need to be checked in by Mike naturopath as well as regular physician twice a year as well as having physical therapy as an option twice a week I mean twice a month and I need to be paying buy a chiropractor to see what is going on now with me as a result of all of it. In addition I know I have had to have blood work tonight I feel the need to continue getting blood work done to assess weather what I am experiencing are real concerns or if they’re anxiety caused by the accident and the panic experiences I feel I need a new referral to a chiropractor as well as a renewed referral to the physical therapist and a note of what I have been experiencing and an updated statement as to how things are going.
I have scheduled an appointment Thursday today the 26th with the nurse practitioner. Tomorrow Friday the 27th I have an appointment with my naturopath as well. I have scheduled an appointment with my physical therapist pending be renewed referral on Friday March 3rd. I am awaiting getting to schedule a chiropractic appointment Canyon the referral from today’s visit.
